Abdulmajeed Amussah
Abdulmajeed Amussah is a passionate professional with keen interest in business development, management, and engineering design, especially for the power, mining, and energy sectors. With a B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Engineering Business Management obtained from the Brunel University London and Coventry University respectively. He currently works in Strategy, Investments and Operations at the Solid Minerals Development Fund (SMDF), an agency in the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.
As an avid Entrepreneur with a strong zeal to promote sustainability and Clean Energy in West Africa, he founded D.E.E.R Nigeria, an energy company set to change the energy culture from a complete consumption perspective to a management one.
He was a key employee at Engro Power Services Limited, as Business Development Officer, he supported the development of new gas to power projects and management of O&M contracts. He actively contributed to the design of business processes to ensure operational efficiency within Nigeria in accordance with company global standards and procedures. Abdulmajeed built a database designed to monitor and present daily national power generation statistics which greatly assisted in financial strategy and decision making.
He has track records of achievements as a Project Consultant with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and Co-Founder of PILOT Nigeria.
Recent work experience has given him extensive knowledge in Mining, especially in Gold, Cobalt, Nickel, and fertilizer production. He is a dynamic goal-getter and Leader in various capacities professionally and socially.

Moshood Olajide
Moshood Olajide is the Executive Director of Finance in Ardova Plc formerly known as Forte Oil Plc. He is a Lawyer with dual membership in both Nigerian and New York as well as Chartered Accountant and Tax Professional. Before joining Ardova Plc, he worked at Price Waterhouse Cooper (PwC), where he enjoyed rapid growth at a multidisciplinary firm due to his versatility. His responsibilities spanned across financial reporting, statutory audit, capital projects and infrastructure deals advisory; Energy, Utility and Mining deal advisory, general tax advisory, deal structuring, and compliance services; regulatory services; client training services and company secretarial services covering many sectors of the economy, especially Oil and Gas.
He started his career with Aluko & Oyebode Law Firm where he had the responsibilities for general legal advisory, company secretariat, negotiation of commercial agreements, litigation and arbitration. He is an alumnus of Columbia Law School in New York, Obafemi Awolowo University where he finished his first degree and also a member of several prestigious organizations including the Association Chartered Accountant at ACCA, CITN amongst others.

Jadeed Beita
Jadeed Beita is a Senior Combustion Engineer at Siemens Energy responsible for the design and development of advanced combustion systems for Siemens Energy industrial gas turbines. Based in Lincoln, UK, Jadeed has over eight years of experience working within multi-disciplinary teams in the application of high fidelity computational and experimental methods for the research and development of low emissions gas turbine combustors.
Jadeed is also a part-time industrial Ph.D. researcher at University College London working within the Energy & Environment research group. His research aims to advance our fundamental understanding of hydrogen combustion in gas turbines in support of the transition to a low-carbon energy future. He is very passionate about the challenges and opportunities in the energy sector.
Jadeed is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria. He holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Energy and Environment from Cardiff University, UK. Jadeed is a chartered member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), as well a member of the Energy Institute, Combustion Institute, and Lincolnshire Engineers Panel. He formally mentors graduate engineers aspiring to achieve chartered engineer status with the IMechE through the Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS).

Ibrahim Umar
Ibrahim Umar is a Field Engineer with one of the IOCs in Nigeria with over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in Thailand, UK and Nigeria planning/designing oil Wells and oftentimes overseeing the construction of such Wells in the fields. He has a great passion for entrepreneurship, investment and capacity building which lead him to mentor young entrepreneurs in tertiary Institutions. He sees Africa as a gold mine that has a lot of prospects for entrepreneurs and that’s a major reason why he encourages aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.
Umar graduated from the Elect/Elect Dept of the University of Lagos for his Bachelor’s and had his MSc Drilling and Well Engineering from the Robert Gordon University Aberdeen UK. He’s happily married with kids.

Oyinkansola Afunku
Oyinkansola started her career at KPMG, providing consulting services to clients along with the M&A (Merger & Acquisition) value chain.
She is currently the Revenue manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company where she works with the Commercial team to guide Management on the strategy and financial implications of said strategy. Before her current role, she worked as a senior financial analyst for two years plus in the firm.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is also an Associate Member of ICAN.

Haneef Abbas
Haneef Abbas is the Chief Executive Officer of Leonine Investment Services Limited (“Leonine”). He is a Charter holder and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and The Financial Market Association. Heholds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Lagos.
Haneef co-founded Leonine in 2017 with the vision to build the most trusted financial services firm in Africa with a track record for maximizing value for clients and other stakeholders through the provision of best-in-class financial advisory, education and technology services. Haneef was named PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) Nigeria ‘most hardworking staff’ in 2015 and Access Bank’s School of Banking excellence ‘Best Graduating Student’ in 2011.
Prior to co-founding Leonine in 2017, Haneef was the Head, Corporate Finance and business reporting at Asset and Resource Management Holding Company. He was responsible for advising the group executive management committee on valuation, capital raising, corporate restructuring and business intelligence. He is also an alumnus of PwC, Access Bank Plc. and FSDH Merchant Bank Limited (formerly First Securities Discount House).
Haneef serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Dosis Goodwill Foundation, a charity organization, which he co-founded in 2016.
His core skills and expertise include: corporate finance, investment management, financial due diligence, financial modeling, business entity valuation, business intelligence and data analytics. He has advised clients in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, media and other sectors within and outside Nigeria.

Aishat Alimi
Aishat Alimi is an Investment Analyst at All On. She analyses potential investments, conducts due diligence and facilitates deal approval processes while proposing investment options.
Prior to All On, Aishat worked in the Corporate Finance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Nigeria where she conducted several valuations and mergers and acquisition projects along with other members of the deals team. She brings with her the experience of having worked with clients on ‘buy side’ and ‘sell side’ transactions for medium to large-sized institutions in various sectors including oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing and agriculture.
Aishat has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and a Masters degree in Management from Warwick Business School. She loves exploring new places and is a food enthusiast.

Muhammad Muntasir Adamu
Muhammad Muntasir Adamu (preferably called Muntasir) was born and raised in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. He studied law at the University of Jos, Nigeria, after which he proceeded to the Nigeria Law School (Abuja campus). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 20I7 and served at the law firm of Mahmud SAN & Co in Abuja.
While in Law School, he regularly visit the Library to read newspapers, and on a faithful day, he saw on the front page of Business Day newspaper, the board of MTN Nigeria. Mr. Gbenga Oyebode, the Chairman of the Commercial law firm Aluko and Oyebode (A&O), stood out for him at the time, as a perfect role model of who he want to be in the future by His will.
Muntasir moved to Lagos in November 2018 and joined the Commercial law firm of George Etomi (G&P), from where he was seconded to Eko Electricity Distribution Plc (EKEDC) as Legal Officer, which exposed him to a lot of legal, advisory, and regulatory processes in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI). In the meantime, he continued his personal capacity building by enrolling in a Business Law program at the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) from 2019 – 2020.
In early 2020, Muntasir was inspired by Mallam Farouk Gumel, former Partner PwC Nigeria and then Senior Special Assistant to the President, and Moshood Olajide, Former Partner PwC Nigeria and now the Executive Director Finance, Ardova Plc (formerly Forte Oil Plc), to finish his CFA Institute Investment Foundation Certificate Program and to commence his ACCA journey. By the end of the year 2020, he applied and was lucky to start a career journey at PwC Nigeria.
He is ever grateful for every trial he had and still encountering in his journey, as they only further brought me closer to Allah.

Lookman Yusuf is an astute Engineer with several years of Managerial experience. He is currently the Factory Manager at Nestle Tema Factory Ghana.
He started his career as a Trainee Engineer at Nestle Nigeria Plc and in less than 2 years he grew to the position of Assistant Manufacturing Manager in Nestle Nigeria Plc. He has since then held significant leadership and managerial posts in Nestle companies across the globe including Asia, Oceania, Africa, Europe and so on.
He has undergone various training in Leadership and production supply chain globally. His core skills include strong analytical skills, Leadership and coaching skills, Production & Maintenance Management, Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, People Development and Project Management.
He is fluent in English and French.

I am a transfer pricing Economist and currently work as a manager in KPMG’s UK transfer pricing practice. In simple terms, my work involves advising clients on their transfer pricing arrangements to provide them with more certainty on tax liabilities and also to help align their transfer pricing arrangements with their tax and wider business strategy. I also advise clients on transfer pricing related disputes with HMRC and also help clients to liaise and deal with HMRC on ongoing enquiries/cases. My clients currently include EU, UK and US Headquartered multinational corporations, as well as UK based PE, backed businesses.
Until very recently, I worked with the National head of PwC UK’s transfer pricing practice in a support role where I led and managed the execution of certain initiatives aimed at the development of PwC UK’s wider transfer pricing practice.
Outside work I spend much of my free time with my wife and 10-month daughter. I also enjoy reading about Islam, psychology and world events/current affairs.

Mansur Ismaila
Mansur Ismaila is the CEO of Utopian Ideas, a virtual business that offers services in the IELTS Training and Academic-Text Editing spaces. Before his work life at Utopian Ideas, Mansur studied Medicine and Surgery at the University of Ilorin for 10 years, from which he absconded due to negative parental pressure and lack of interest, and proceeded to the University of Lagos to study Mass Communication. At Unilag, he emerged with a First Class, as Best Graduating Student, and as the only First Class graduate in his set.
In the course of his studies at Unilag, he also bagged scholarships worth N2 million, and was Editor in Chief of the University newspaper, Unilag Sun, for 2 consecutive terms. Mansur is a 12-year veteran of freelance editing and is currently studying for a Master of Arts in International Relations at the Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom. He is married to Asmau Adenowo, a Doctoral Scholar of English Syntax at the University of Ibadan, and they are blessed with a vibrant little girl, Amnah.
